Shafwah Property inaugurates a new housing project "Shafwah Harmoni Land Keraton" located at Jalan Pangeran Abdurrahman (Simpang 3 Target), Keraton, Martapura, South Kalimantan. The inauguration ceremony was held on Wednesday, 14 June 2023 which also invited the Regent of Banjar Regency H. Saidi Mansyur, S.I. Kom, and Deputy Regent of Banjar Regency H. Said Idrus. Shafwah Harmoni Land Keraton is Shafwah Property's newest project, which previously had 19 other projects in South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, East Nusa Tenggara, and several in Java.
“This project is our 20th project, which is different from previous projects because of its European-style architecture. On the other hand, this housing was built in a flood-free area. So we ensure that the Shafwah Harmoni Land Keraton does not just answer the housing needs of the people around Banjar Regency, but becomes a new standard for quality and flood-free European-style Islamic housing, explained Muhammad Helmi as President Director of the Shafwah Group. Helmi further explained that there are three types of houses offered to customers, namely houses types 45, 55, and 80. The facilities inside will be built a mosque and an integrated waste bank. To provide comfort for residents, streets in residential areas will have a width of 8 to 10 meters.
The inauguration ceremony was also enlivened with entertainment that could be visited by the wider community. Visitors can get free health checks at the Shafwah Sehat booth, Umrah package promos at the Shafwah Holidays booth, and free BPHTP, AJB, and BN (Akad) promos worth IDR 40 million at the Shafwah Property booth. Unmitigated, there is also a free promo for two tree seedlings, air conditioning, and a down payment discount of up to 5 million for visitors.
